Rates Includes :

Terms & Conditions :

•	The above rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit.
•	Rates are quoted ++ subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
•	A Surcharge of RM30.00 ++ per room/per suite per night is applicable from 15 December 2010 to 02 January 2011.
•	Extra bed is chargeable at RM80.00 ++ inclusive of one breakfast.
•	Extra Bed is not applicable for the Family Room.
•	Rates quoted above are applicable to local and overseas market alike.
•	Rates are not valid during Formula One 2010 ( 02 April 2010 to 04 April 2010).
•	Check-In time is at : 2.00 pm
•	Check-Out time is at : 12.00 noon
•	Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservation are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the hotel Bank Account which shall be advised during the Confirmation Stages.

Cancellation Policy

Normal Period
A 4 days notice is required for all cancellation otherwise a one night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be charged to the guest.

Peak Period
A 8 working days notice is required for all cancellation during our Peak Period otherwise a one night charges shall be charged for the total rooms reserved shall be charges to the guest.
